Job Description: –

  • Provide support in both administrative and human resources functions.
  • Oversee office operations and ensure compliance with HR initiatives.
  • Advise on HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in recruitment and on-boarding
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
  • Assist with executive support and communication.
  • Coordinate events and provide support for projects.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, mail management and Maintaining logistics.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills required.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and labour laws is essential.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

 

Eligibility Criteria: –

  1. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  2. Two to three years of Experience is required in administrative and HR.
  3. Prior experience in office management or HR coordination is advantageous.
  4. Must have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Experience in recruitment or on-boarding support to a new joinee is a plus.
  6. Must be well-versed in labour laws and HR record-keeping.
  7. Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.
  8. Preferred experience in event coordination and project support.
  9. Proficiency in administrative duties and strong organizational skills are expected.
  10. Demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential.
