Job Description: –
- Provide support in both administrative and human resources functions.
- Oversee office operations and ensure compliance with HR initiatives.
- Advise on HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in recruitment and on-boarding
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Assist with executive support and communication.
- Coordinate events and provide support for projects.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, mail management and Maintaining logistics.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills required.
- Knowledge of HR policies and labour laws is essential.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria: –
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Two to three years of Experience is required in administrative and HR.
- Prior experience in office management or HR coordination is advantageous.
- Must have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Experience in recruitment or on-boarding support to a new joinee is a plus.
- Must be well-versed in labour laws and HR record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.
- Preferred experience in event coordination and project support.
- Proficiency in administrative duties and strong organizational skills are expected.
- Demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential.
