Job Summary:

Responsible for managing overall financial and accounting operations of FPOs, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, reconciliations, payables, receivables, procurement, and cost control. Ensure timely statutory and tax compliance, maintain accurate financial records, and coordinate internal and external audits. Conduct periodic financial reviews of FPOs, verify financial transactions, assets, stock, and internal controls, and support the strengthening of financial systems. Provide financial analysis and insights to management for effective planning, risk management, pricing, and business decision-making.                                   

 Key Responsibilities:         

  • Manage overall financial operations of FPOs, including books of accounts, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, MIS, budgeting, and cash-flow management.
  • Bank reconciliations, working capital, accounts payable and receivable, procurement, sales, inventory, and cost control.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial records, vouchers, invoices, statutory documents, and proper financial control and approval procedures.
  • Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, ESI, ROC, and other applicable statutory requirements.
  • Support loan documentation, credit requirements, financial planning, pricing decisions, and business strategy through financial analysis.
  • Conduct verification of stock and fixed assets.
  • Review monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet statements and identify financial risks, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required financial data and supporting documents of FPOs.
  • Strengthen financial systems, processes, internal controls, and reporting mechanisms across the organization and FPOs.
  • Use accounting software and data analytics to generate financial insights and support management decision-making.
  • Prepare sustainability and financial reports and communicate key financial information to management and relevant stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 2–5 years of accounting experience.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI, and Professional Tax.
  • Experience in Tally/ERP and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of billing, bank reconciliation, and financial records.
  • Good communication and numerical skills.
