Job Description:
- Preparing Procurement and Market plans for FPOs
- Need to give a support in Business plan preparations
- Pricing and quality standards
- Having agreements/registrations with Vendors, Clients and Bulk sales
- Coordinating with other team members regarding supply chain
- Developing financial linkages
- Obtaining of required licenses
- Generating quarterly reports on sales, stocks and indents
- Increasing sales at FPO level
- Organizing & participating in exhibitions
- Building the knowledge and skills of staff members of cooperatives.
- Mobilization of farmers into FPO’s
Eligibility Criteria:
- Negotiation skills and ability to build relationships and also strong organizational and coordination skills were required.
- Knowledge on supply chain management principles
- Ability to identify and pursue business opportunities
- Knowledge on marketing and promotional strategies
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and market analysis
- Familiar with business planning and financial analysis
- Ability to gather and analyze relevant data
- Understanding of pricing strategies and must have knowledge of quality control and assurance processes
- Familiarity with legal and contractual processes
