Eligibility:
• A diploma or degree in agriculture engineering or mechanical engineering with 3
years’ experience in maintaining farm machinery
• Able to design the tools based on the situation and the person should have an
innovative mindset.
• The person should have good communication skills in English and Telugu and are able
to work with team and workers.

Job description:
• Innovating new tools and machineries which is useful for the small and marginal
farmers and can be used at the academy farm level also
• Regular maintenance of tools and machineries
• Field visits to other working areas to assess the farmer’s requirements
