Job Description:
• Managing human resources functions like recruitment, payroll, employee benefits etc..
• Handling administrative tasks like office managemnet, record-keeping and facility coordination.
• Managing office operations and ensure compliance with HR initiatives.
• Advise on HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Assist with executive support and communication.
• Coordinate events and provide support for projects.
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, mail management and Maintaining logistics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills required.
Facilitating and documentation in the meeting.
Eligibility Criteria: –
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Three to four years of Experience is required in administrative and HR.
- Prior experience in office management or HR coordination is advantageous.
- Must have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Experience in recruitment or on-boarding support to a new joinee is a plus.
- Must be well-versed in labour laws and HR record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.
- Preferred experience in event coordination and project support.
- Proficiency in administrative duties and strong organizational skills are expected.
- Demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential.
